A Free Spaghetti Dinner will be held on Saturday, May 24, from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at the Owego American Legion Post #401 at 263 Front Street in Owego. 

 All Tioga County Town Chairs will be present to answer any questions you may have as well as County Chair Edward Arrington. Representatives from the New York State Democratic Committee will also be present.
