Tioga County Legislator Frances Leavenworth (right) thanks Janet Poreda (left) for nearly fifteen years of service to Tioga County and wishes her well in her future endeavors. Poreda retired March 31, 2003, from her position as Research Assistant at the Tioga County Health Department. On behalf of the county legislature, Leavenworth read and presented to Poreda a resolution recognizing her many years of dedicated service to the county.
