Katie Karpel National Award Winner
The United States Achievement Academy has announced that Katie Karpel, daughter of Thomas and Margaret Karpel of Apalachin, has been named a United States National Award Winner in English. Katie, who attends Owego Free Academy, was nominated for this award by Stephanie Suflita, a teacher at OFA.
Katie will appear in the United States Achievement Academy Official Yearbook, which is published nationally.
