Members of the Campville Volunteer Fire Department, with the aid of BEAM Electronics, have produced a video-taped message of personal greetings from each member of the department to be sent to Kevin Kotski, who is serving with the Army Rangers in Iraq. Kevin is the son of Ed and Rosemary Kotski, and if all goes well, he should be stateside in a month or two.
