Kim's Diner  in Nichols - Kim Wood of Nichols has opened a diner at 37 Main Street in Nichols. Kim's Diner serves breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, Saturday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Sunday 6:00 am to 1:00 pm. Sara's Country Kitchen in Newark Valley - Sara Card has opened a restaurant at 10 South Main Street in Newark Valley. Sara's Country Kitchen is open Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and offers family dining, specializing in rotisserie chicken.
