Brush & Leaf Pickup in Town of Owego 

The Town of Owego Highway Department will have its spring brush and leaf pickup starting the first week of May. Brush must be stacked at the curb and should be no longer than six feet long and no larger than eight inches in diameter. Leaves must be bagged and set at the curb. Brush and bagged leaves will continue to be picked up until the end of May.
