Kid's Explore! Summer Science Camp at Binghamton University

For two weeks in August, the Binghamton University campus will open its classrooms, laboratories, and computer pods to young scientists through Kids' Explore!, a summer science camp. The event is open to children in all school districts.

The program is designed as an enriching inquiry-based science experience for children in grades 1-8 and provides exposure to hands-on  experiential learning. Sessions will run on the Binghamton University campus from August 11 - 22, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The cost is $195.00 per child per week  (includes lunch). Scholarships may be available for children from families with financial hardship. Enrollment is open to all children in grades 1-8 on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kids Explore! is designed by the  Division of Professional Development and Research in the School of Education and Human Development at Binghamton University in collaboration with the Vestal School Foundation.
