Gallery 41 Hosts "Framing" Discussion

 Gallery 41, of 41 Lake Street in Owego, will host a discussion on the framing of paintings and works on paper. The talk will be held on Saturday, April 12, from 10:00 am to 12 Noon. Visiting artist, Carl Fiacco, will discuss some of the many technical and aesthetic considerations an artist undertakes when framing original works. The Gallery talk is free and open to the public.
