Strawberry Festival 2003 Seeks New Ideas

 Plans are underway for the 22nd Annual Strawberry Festival to be held in downtown Owego on Saturday, June 21, 2003. The theme this year is "Strawberry Horizons." The festival committee is welcoming new volunteers to help with the festival, and is looking for lots of new ideas. The committee meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at The Hand of Man on Front Street in Owego.
