Thanks for Showing How They Voted 

I would like to express my congratulations to the Community Press for the January issue, page five photo of the Tioga County Legislature, showing how each member voted on the 2003 county budget, which increased property taxes 11.8% plus sales tax to 8%. When voters can see a picture of their politicians, and how they voted on a critical issue, that not only creates a lasting impression, it is journalism at its best. Lead on!
