Castellucci Holds Fund Raiser

Donald Castellucci, Jr., (below, left) Town of Owego Councilman, held his 5th Annual Rigatoni Dinner on February 8 at the Elks Club in Owego. Almost 100 people attended the fund raising event which featured guest speaker Steve Clifton from CNYOG. Master of Ceremonies for the event was Will Overbrook, who is pictured below, right, with Castellucci's son, Donald III.
