Are you looking for something to do on these cold winter days? Why not come visit the Tioga County Historical Society and Museum? 

• Time-Line of Tioga County 
 You can enjoy the folk art portraits and a time-line exhibit of Tioga County, from the 1600s to the 1900s, in the upper galleries. These, along with the Native American exhibit on the lower level, are permanent exhibits. 

• Black History Month Exhibit 
 The lower level also has the first of what will be an annual exhibit to celebrate Black History Month. This includes an exhibit featuring the Underground Railroad called "A Flight to Freedom: A Glimpse at Slavery and the Underground Railroad in Tioga County." This exhibit will be open to the public through March 8.

• Museum Hours 
 The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. For more information, call (607) 687-2460.
