Mr. And Mrs. Jan Sterling of Oneida, New York, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Sterling, to Robert W. Moore, son of Mr. And Mrs. George Moore of Sylvan Beach, New York, formerly of Apalachin.
 Miss Sterling, a graduate of SUNY Geneseo, is a school counselor with the Tully Central School District, Tully, New York. Mr. Moore, is a graduate of SUNY Institute of Technology Utica-Rome. He presently is a teacher in the Norwich Central School District, Norwich, New York.
 An August 2, 2003, wedding is planned.
