The Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE) will offer counseling services at the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce the second and fourth Thursday of every month.
 
SCORE is a non-profit association of volunteers trained to serve as counselors, advisors, and mentors to aspiring entrepreneurs and current business owners. Counseling sessions are by appointment only. Unlimited follow-up counseling sessions can be scheduled. 
 
The SCORE Association is a national, nonprofit association with 10,500 volunteer members and 389 chapters throughout the United States and its territories.
