The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Dinner and Community Awards Celebration on January 30, 2003, at the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center. The annual dinner and award ceremony recognizes the achievements and contributions of individuals and businesses in Tioga County.
 
The chamber presented awards for the following:
 Beautification Award - to the Owego Treadway Inn and Conference Center
 President's Community Service Award - to Les Wagner
 Small Business of the Year - to Peak Performance Physical Therapy, PLLC
 Company of the Year - to Sanmina/SCI.
