The Candor Valley Riders Snowmobile Club is holding a Young Snowmobiler Safety Course for youth 12 to 18 years old. The course will be held Tuesday, January 14, and Thursday, January 16, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm each night, at the Candor Fire Station.

 The class is limited to the first 40 registrants. To register, call Carlene Furch at 659-7605. There is no fee for the course.

 The Young Snowmobilers Safety Course is taught be certified instructors and is made possible by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation and Cornell Cooperative Extension, Tioga County.
