Join Vermont cheese maker Peter Dixon for a hands-on instruction making artisinal cheeses and other specialty dairy products in a workshop on February 19 and 20. The course is tailored to meet the expressed needs of dairy producers considering value-added opportunities for their milk. Call (607) 699-7968 for more information.
