Apalachin Youth Group
Collects Coats & Shoes for Needy

During the 5th Annual Coat Drive last month, nearly 200 winter coats were collect by St. Margaret Mary's Jr. High Youth Group in cooperation with the Apalachin Library. The coats will be distributed to migrant farm workers in Syracuse and to the Open Door Mission in Owego who will make them available to local families. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the coat drive.

The Junior High Youth Group of St. Margaret Mary's Church in Apalachin  was very busy collecting and filling shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.  With the generosity of the faith community, more than 102 boxes were sent to needy children around the world. A great big thanks to everyone who contributed.
