Grange National Bank Dividend Increase Grange 

National Bank Corp., the holding company for Grange National Bank, Laceyville, Pennsylvania, declared a $0.27 per share quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of records as of December 10, 2001, payable December 28, 2001. This represents an increase of $0.02 per share over the cash dividend paid in the previous quarters of 2001. The Board of Directors is pleased to announce this increase which was made possible as a result of strong asset growth and a continued increase in earnings.
