Stark Essentials Wins Award

 Jean Stark, owner of Stark Essential in Nichols received an award for creating and encouraging employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. The National Disabilities Employment Awareness Award in the Southern Tier Region was given to Stark by the New York State Department of Economic Development.
