1914 O-WE-GO Cyclecar

Members of the Tioga Region of the Antique Car Club of America admire a 1914 O-WE-GO Cyclecar which was manufactured in Owego by C. B. Hatfield Jr. The club took a field trip last month to the Northeast Car Museum in Norwich, which was exhibiting cars manufactured in New York State. The O-WE-GO Cyclecar, which is not much more than a four-wheeled motorcycle, had a 2-cylinder, "V" type, air-cooled engine. This O-WE-GO Cyclecar is believed to be the only O-WE-GO Cyclecar to have survived. It was found derelict and in modified condition in Utah in 1995. The car is owned by James Mead of Owego and is in the process of being restored.
