The Tioga County Democratic Committee will sponsor a Candidates' Campaign and Pre-Victory Rally at the Elks Club on Saturday, October 27, at 6:30 pm. 

 Everyone is invited to attend. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the candidates for County Legislature, Mark Trabucco and Don Burns, as well as candidates for Town Offices, Colleen Craig for Clerk and Rick Gorman for Highway Superintendent, and Marty Kushner and Richard Van Hall for Town Council.

 Refreshments will be served. The Elks Club is at 233 Front Street in Owego.
