United We Stand
In the wake of the September 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, the Owego Kiwanis Club, the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW, and area residents show their unity by displaying flags at the Kiwanis garden area across the street from the intersection of Route 17C and Hickories Park Road.
