A Ribbon Cutting ceremony will be held at Hickories Park on October 2 to formally open the new pedestrian and skating path that was recently installed.

 The project was funded through a mini-grant that was awarded to the Town of Owego by the Broome Tioga Community HEART (Heart Education and Resource Team) Coalition.
