Lions, Lioness to Hold Spring Ti-Li Event

The Lions and Lioness Clubs of Tioga County are holding their Annual Spring Ti-Li Event for the blind and visually impaired residents of the Tioga County area.

This event will take place on Saturday, March 31, at Elks Lodge 1039 in Owego, from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. A delicious lunch of fried chicken and a variety of salads will be served. You can sit back and relax with the afternoon entertainment and then stay and try your luck at Bingo.
