Town of Owego Councilman Donald Castellucci, Jr.'s Third Annual Rigatoni and Meatball Dinner will be held on Saturday, February 10, at the Owego Elks, 223 Front Street in Owego. The guest speaker will be the Honorable Daniel Schofield, Broome County Legislative Chairman. Music will be provided by Bill Nanni, singing the "Sounds of Sinatra." Cocktails and sign-in are at 5:30 pm, with dinner and the program at 6:00 pm.
