Another year has come and gone. You probably remember the days when you wish they would go by quicker so you would be another year older. Now I am older and wiser to the fact that time goes by too quickly. I have asked my friends what happened? We stare at each other in bewilderment and laugh.

We laughed at the fact that it takes us longer to get ready for work. It used to take a few minutes in the shower, do our hair, get on clean clothes, and be ready to face the day. Now while in the shower we need to remember to use the hair conditioner or we will have a bad hair day.

It doesn't stop there. We now have to use moisturizer on our bodies and face - Our feet as well - so we aren't big flakes of dry skin.

It takes longer to do our hair and the haircut is shorter so it needs to be gelled and then styled. Oh, let us not forget our faces. We do use some makeup and lipstick so we don't look so pale. I said, PALE, not old.

So the years roll by and I laugh with my friends. It reminds me of a birthday card I saw the other day in the store. Two adorable babies are in the tub and laughing and inside the card it states something like this, "Remember when we would laugh about the jiggley stuff under the arms." Now we exercise so we don't get jiggley arms. See you in exercise class.
