Wine Tasting Fund Raiser

 Six of New York's finest vineyards will be represented at the annual Wine Tasting Fund Raiser at the Tioga County Historical Society in Owego on Thursday, November 9, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
The evening will include wine tasting, hors d'oeuvres, live music, and door prizes. Each guest will also receive a complimentary wine glass that is etched with the Tioga County Historical Society logo.
Wineries that will be represented at the tasting are Americana Vineyards Winery; Chateau LaFayette Reneau; Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards; Lakewood Vineyards,  Inc.; Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars; and Standing Stone Vineyards.
Proceeds from the fund raiser will be used to support the society=s programs related to interpreting the history of Tioga County. Tickets for the Wine Tasting Fund Raiser are $20 per person and can be bought in advance at the historical society or at the door. Tickets can also be reserved by calling the museum at (607) 687-2460.
The Tioga County Historical Society is at 110 Front Street in Owego.
