Red Cross Swim Classes
Tioga Opportunities, Inc., is offering American Red Cross swim classes, Levels I-Vii, at the Greater Owego Community Pool starting November 28. These classes are for all abilities, ages 3 and up, and are conveniently scheduled for early evening.
Half hour classes are for six weeks. Cost is $35 for members, $45 for non-members. Registration takes place November 6 - 21. Call Gary Crossman at 689-0114 for complete information or a schedule.

Greater Owego Swim Team
Tioga Opportunities, Inc. has started a competitive USA Swimming team for ages 4 - 18 at the Greater Owego Community Pool. Swimmers must be able to swim one length (25 yards) of the pool. The team is part of the Southern Tier Swim League and will focus on all four copetitive strokes of swimming: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle. Practice times are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. Call Gary Crossman at 689-0114 for more information.
