Mr. and Mrs. David L. Sinclair of Wichita Falls and Gary Folmar of Vernon announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Angela Kim Folmar, to David William Marshall, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Marshall of Owego, New York.

The couple will exchange wedding vows at 7:30 pm, November 17, in the Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas with the Rev. Bill Yohe and Greg Haseloff officiating for the double-ring nuptial event.

Miss Folmar is the granddaughter of Mrs. Rachel Folmar of Abilene, formerly of Vernon, and the late Elvie Folmar. She graduated from TWU with a post baccalaureate degree in occupational therapy and is employed by Prince George's County Schools in Maryland as an occupational therapist.

Marshall received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Ithaca College. He is the assistant director for physical and asset security for US Internetworking in Annapolis, Maryland.
