| Cleanup of the debris from the July 1 fire which destroyed 202-204 Front Street on Owego's Riverow has been completed. The owners of the Cracker Barrel building at 202 Front Street are looking into the possibility of rebuilding. The Laughing Place, which was housed at 204 Front Street, recently celebrated their reopening at 19 Lake Street in Owego. The Goat Boy has temporarily relocated to 214 Front Street because of damage to its building at 206 Front Street. All other businesses on Riverow are open and getting ready for a busy, holiday season, starting with the Holiday Showcase on November 18, followed by the Light Your Way on December 8. |
