Once again it is time to plan ahead to be sure that our homebound seniors are prepared for the winter season. Tioga Opportunities, Inc., Dept, of Aging Services is requesting your help in funding Project Blizzard Box.

Since 1996, thanks to strong community support, Tioga Opportunities, Inc, Dept. of Aging Services has been providing area seniors with Blizzard Boxes. Blizzard Boxes are shelf stable emergency meals that are provided to each of our home delivered meal's recipients at the beginning of the winter season. Blizzard Boxes are our way of assuring that the seniors we serve have food to eat even if inclement weather prevents their routine meal delivery.

Please help! Each S15 donation will provide a senior with a box of five days worth of shelf stable nutritionally balanced emergency meals. Donations in any amount will be appreciated.
