| Traffic lights were recently installed at the intersection of John and Front Streets in the Village of Owego. The lights will replace the three-way stop signs currently at that intersection. Traffic lights were also installed at the intersection of East Front Street and Fifth Avenue. The signals are currently operating as flashing red lights. | |
