Apolacon's Hunter Trapper Course a Success,
Many Thanks

Apolacon Township had their first ever Hunter Trapper Course and hopes to have this as an annual event with the help of the Pennsylvania Game Commission.

George Schreck, mark Kasten, Paul Raub, and John Katchmore are Wildlife Conservation Officers.

We had a wonderful turn out of 32 participants and many parents from Apolacon Township and surrounding communities. The course was from Friday 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Local businesses donated food and drink. Grandma's Kitchen donated all the pizza. Township Cabin donated soda and ice, cookies, chips, and snacks. The Blue Dolphin donated soda and ice. Little Meadows Volunteer Fire Company donated a TV and VCR.

Also, volunteers from the community donated their valuable time to help in so many other ways at this function.

Thank you to all.Joe Tims, Chairman
