Every summer, the Tioga County Council on the Arts sponsors a series of free Concerts in the Parks at the Hickories in Owego. The schedule for this year's concerts is:

June 28 - Bucky Moon
July 5 - Kirby Band
July 12  - Carousel Harmony Group
July 19 - Splash
July 26 - Classy Brass
August 2 - Triple Play
August 9 - European Brass

All concerts are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Admission is free and everyone is invited to come and enjoy the music. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. Pack a picnic dinner. Refreshments are also available.

In case of rain, the concerts will be held at the Owego Middle School on Elm Street in Owego. Call the TCCA or listen to the radio for change of location due to rain.
