Birchard Named to Dean's List

Shawn R. Birchard, son of Mr. And Mrs. Mark W. Birchard of Apalachin, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 1999 semester at Alfred University. Shawn is a senior in the College of Engineering and Professional Studies. He is majoring in Electrical Engineering.
