Tioga County Chamber of Commerce sponsored a ribbon cutting event on Thursday,
September 30, for Baby and Beyond at 32 Lake Street in Owego.
Owners Bob and Tracy Miller are selling new and used furniture, baby clothes, toys and maternity clothing. Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
