Warren Center Cemetery "Trashed" Someone has been dumping rubbish on the grounds of St. Luke's Cemetery in Warren Center, Pennsylvania. Trash such as discarded wire, tires, chemicals, and building supplies have been found strewn over the cemetery lawn. Paul Moran, of Little Meadows, Pennsylvania, visits the cemetery often to watch over three generations of his family who are buried there. "I just can't believe how disrespectful someone could be," Moran said referring to the garbage. "I'll clean it up. I promised my uncle I'd take care of him. I owe him that much." Moran's uncle, who was his best friend, is buried in the cemetery.
