MEMORIAL DAY

The Village of Owego's Annual Memorial Day Parade ended with a ceremony at the War Memorial on the Court house Square. The Owego Free Academy plays during the ceremony. Below Jim Raftis reads a list of Tioga County veterans who died within the last year.
