Shawn R.
Birchard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark W. Birchard of Apalachin, was named
to Alfred University's Dean's List for the fall 1998 semester. Shawn is
a junior in the College of Engineering and Professional Studies, majoring
in Electrical Engineering. Students must earn at least a 3.3 grade point
average to qualify for the Dean's List. Shawn is a graduate of Owego Free
Academy.
