The Strawberry Festival Committee is accepting entries for this year's Strawberry Festival Logo Contest. All designs must include the phrases 19th Annual and Owego, NY. Entries must be original work, not used elsewhere. The most visible use of the logo will be on festival T-shirts.

All entries are due at the Tioga County Council on the Arts (TCCA) office by 5:00 pm on Friday, March 26, 1999.

The winning entries will be chosen by Monday, April 5, 1999. All entries become the exclusive property of the Owego Strawberry Festival Committee. There will be two awards. First place in the open division will be $150. First place in the junior division will be at $50 bond.
