Jerry Christiano, past international president of Kiwanis, presented Russell Rawley and Gerald Arbes Sr. with the George F. Hixson Fellowship award in recognition of their significant contributions to the Kiwanis. A contribution of $1,000 has been made in their names to the Kiwanis International Foundation for Kiwanis International's Worldwide Service Project.
