Members of the Tioga County Sportsmen's Association (TSA) know how to fix a great breakfast, and they invite you to join them on Sunday, November 1, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, at the Elks Lodge, 223 Front Street in Owego.

The breakfast benefits the Tioga County Council on the Arts (TCCA). Tickets are $4.00 for adults, $3.00 for children 6 to 12 years, and free for children under 6.
