1st Day for Justice Beauter
Ruton Beauter, who was recently elected Village of Owego Justice, presided over his first regular session of court on April 28. Beauter was to have started his new job this month, but he began a week early because the village was temporarily without a justice when Acting Village Justice Fenton Stewart suffered a heart attack.
