The "Blooming in Tioga" Project has been talking about this ambitious project for two years: to create very visible themed gardens in communities around Tioga County. Community groups or garden clubs would develop these gardens with financial and consulting support from "Blooming in Tioga." The Tioga County Tourism Office will advertise their existence and direct visitors to them. If done well, these gardens will be a significant source of community pride and an additional draw for visitors to the county.

"Blooming in Tioga" needs several volunteers to develop and organize this project. It can be done leisurely over the next few years, but they would like to get their plans fully developed this year.
