Help Restore Maplewood Cemetery

Maplewood Cemetery in Little Meadows, Pennsylvania, is the final resting place of more than 368 people including veterans of the Civil War and World War I. The cemetery is in need of care before it gets totally lost in shrub overgrowth from lack of upkeep. A group of interested people are initiating an effort to provide care of the cemetery. If you have ancestors who are buried there or would just like to help with restoration and upkeep of the cemetery through labor, equipment use and/or donations of money, plan to attend the group's next meeting on Sunday, March 29, at 2:00 pm, at the Old Schoolhouse next to the United Methodist Church, or call (717) 623-4385.
