Cornell Cooperative Extension opened the first Family Resource Center in Tioga County this month. The center, which is located at the St. James Catholic Church School Building in Waverly, is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and on Tuesday and Thursdays from 1:30 to 5:30 pm.
