U. S. Representative Maurice Hinchey (D-NY) announced that 23 students from the 26th Congressional District have earned nominations to the U.S. Military, Naval, Air Force, and Merchant Marine Academies. "These excellent students represent the best and the brightest from across the 26th Congressional District," Hinchey said.
