The Owego-Apalachin Teachers Association (OATA) held a "Back
To School" rally Tuesday morning, September 2, at the Tioga County
Courthouse Green. Teachers, administrators, and other school personnel
gathered to get ready for the first day of school. In the past, the rally
was held at the school and hosted by the Superintendent of Schools. According
to Ben Frisbie, OATA President, the rally "is the critical pre-game
pep talk" in their business.
