First Annual Ice Cream Social

July 31, Thursday evening

Apalachin has had a library reading center for 40 years! To celebrate, the library will host the First Annual Ice Cream Social at the Apalachin Field Day Grounds. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by the Owego-Apalachin Summer School Music Program. There will be cake, ice-cream, music, and a used-book sale. Bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.

Volunteers are still needed to bake cakes, pies, or brownies and to help serve that night. To lend a hand, call the library director, Gail Morrison, at 625-3333 (work) or 625-4963 (home).
